Terms of Service
These stub Terms govern use of StagHR during the closed beta. By signing in or accepting an invitation, you agree to them.
Beta status
StagHR is in beta. Features may change. We make no SLA guarantees during this period. Expect occasional brief downtime for deploys.
No PHI
You agree not to upload Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. StagHR is not a Business Associate. Uploads of PHI are a breach of this agreement; you accept liability for them.
Account control
You can edit your account email and password at /users/edit. To cancel, email us at [email protected] and we'll close your tenant within 7 business days. We retain audit logs as required for compliance.
Acceptable use
Don't upload anything illegal, infringing, or that you don't have rights to. Don't try to bypass authentication or RLS boundaries. Don't try to extract other tenants' data.
Liability
StagHR is provided as-is during the beta. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
